60 How do you motivate homeowners to get invovled?
Our condo complex has an unusual problem. Our Board of Directors has questions HOA board for more than six months and Things are not yet decided. For example, in June, some owners sought approval to screen doors. It was approved by the HOA but has not yet been officially notified or approved for installation. In addition, it has been approved the job done for our grounds have new landscaping done. They had people quote and here it is eight months later, nothing ... I want to rally some owners of a change. Our Current HOA Board is unable to take decisions and have a very poor follow through things .. I documented interaction with our management company on issues of Ocotober 07, which has still not been addressed! Please give me some ideas?
