I am thinking of pursuing a degree in architecture (perhaps the landscape) but I'm having a hard time deciding between these two schools. My understanding that UT Austin has a better overall reputation as far as prestige goes but, Texas Tech offers more design majors UT. UT has "Architecture" while Tech: landscape, interior, regular, and a couple more divisions. Has anyone comment on what me? I have better checked the university does, and I'm in the top 2% of my class and I really doubt if the meeting this standard will be a question ... at this stage, it is really just a choice of preference.
Hook Em Horns UT! I am a Longhorn fan major, but if Tech offers more for what you lack, go ahead!
