We bought our house a month ago and rates have declined since then. We live in Southern CA on a block from the beach) What will be the selling price of our house impact assessment? We bought the house below what we believe (and everyone talks about), the value will be. I fear that the price of previous sales down the "value" of the house. I'm only concerned because I would like to have a line of credit on the house just in case we decide to redo a bathroom soon. b) We bought the house with no landscape in the courtyard. We performed work at the court, said stones at the close and planters with plants throughout. We also had a tuff shed placed there. Does that work there very helpful at all? C) I need assess the home for over 30K to the bathroom .... and I live on the beach .... I think I bought low, but what do I do to ensure take the line of credit too? Fico is greater than 750 if the matter?
It is certainly possible. Some banks do not care about "seasoning" and allow you to use any new value can be assessed. Seasoning is the practice of using the purchase price as the value for a defined period of time, historically one year. If the size of your loan is a conventional amounts, you can use a new assessment at any time. Any major gains to be explained to the assessment, but it is not difficult to do. But instead of paying all closing costs again, a line of credit is not a bad idea. and landscaping will add value quite well done. Pools do. They are nice to have, but you can not recover the cost of putting it in.
