Landscaping software..Free or low cost?

Ok..here is what I am trying to do…I want to take an ACTUAL picture of my House and Lawn, and then put it in a (free)program and be able to say, pick a picture of a Maple Tree and place it in the front lawn….then with a click of a mouse, say, OK, instead of a regular maple, show me what the lawn would look like with a RED maple, or Weeping Willow Tree… I realize I could probably come up with something using photoshop and a collection of Nice realistic Landscape Icons….but is there an easier way…and does anyone know where i could find JUST a collection of professional landscape pics as well????
