landscape problems and solutions
First Time Home Buyer house problems?
We bought a house back in June 2007. There were problems with the house which were supposed to be repaired (problems identified during the home inspection) and it seems that the precedent was set opwner them. At the close of the lawyers asked us if any problems have been resolved, they appear to be resolved at the time. However, now that it's winter issues that were supposed to be fixed were simply dressing the questions are: 1) a leak in the roof Garg (The roof includes a bridge over it, so setting that the roof should be on deck to take off so there is no easy solution) 2) the landscape was downgraded (because trees were uprooted and it basically left a cliff like situation), then it was upgraded, but now regrdaing collapses at the bottom, namely: it was a job reclassification lousey. We wonder if there are remedies that we can do to solve these problems? Will we prosecute the previous owner? Can I file a complaint against the previous owner (because, at the close of all seems to be the height)?
Yes, you could continue the previous owners, they are not what they should have. I think you still have time to continue in justice, but you should talk to a real estate lawyer. We had a similar thing happens to us so I called the realtor on the problem of fireplace that remained fixed obviiously who was not, I threatened to sue and that are - you know it came with the company for repair and did. I do not think the previous owners would care for us is now at home, but they are probably knew I was going to finish and Sue em. You could pursue but be sure to get estimates on what it would cost and take em to court. good luck
