Architect student at Pratt who wish to enter landscape architecture?
I am a student at Pratt Institute, I realized that it is very strong, but an amazing career, however, I lack truly the embodiment of nature, especially in the city. I was excelling in all my classes, what are some good places to transfer any suggestion about this career?
Since you excel in your classes, it would be better to stay where you are and get your degree and transfer to another college for your doctorate. Colleges are different from each other and that person may be excellent in their college and enjoy everything it can offer, you may fail at the same college. If you're just not happy where you are, get a catalog colleges of CSUF (California State University Fresno) where many classes are held outside and also in Yosemite National Forest. They also have special classes that allow a student to work with architects and landscaping for additional credit. CSUF is one of the first colleges to start the OA (perfectionists) program. OA provides students with a HS GPA 3.5 to 4.0 can attend college courses at night, yet even Tho in HS. Many of their students are college graduates and high school at the same time. FYI. CSUF is very expensive even for students who are residents of California.
