My new home building has large gap in the garden .- Where is my place?
I'm almost ready to go to build a new house, but 1 / 3 of the garden is already small unsuable due to the steep decline that leads to a manhole. I can not build due to go above the neighboring wet during their garage. I am worried about the gap will become a swamp weather rainy. I have exchanged contracts in July and I am due to complete in a few weeks. As a buyer first time that I no money to garden expensive to be landscaped. Do you do something before I complete or should I wait until I move in? Home was actually purchased plane because he was not there when I had to share.
