the landscape management company
condo managment company wants to raise the condo fees. that is fine but…..?
condo fee has been $150.00 for 3 years. For the past 3 years plowing/shoveling and landscaping of the property has been done…and the company doing it hasnt been paid…..now the company wants to be paid after discovering this and its up to $6,000 there is no signed contract to be found. Can the management do this…I paid my fees assuming the company doing the the job was getting paid…..managemnet company shouldnt have let them continue for THREE years w/ out paying or raising our fees…which we would have been ok with me THREE years ago?…do we have any leg to stand on and say…your problem for the bad book keeping????
I think the landscape company (why would they work for free for three years????) should take the condo management company to small claims court and leave the owners out of it.
